SERVICES INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY:

Rates include bed line and towels; energy consumption; the apartment will be rearranged once during a 7-night stay (excluding kitchenette) with change of bath towels; final cleaning (excluding kitchenette). For stays of less than 7 nights there is not daily cleaning included, but Guests can purchase an extra cleaning service at front desk; air conditioning; daytime and evening entertainment from 31st May to 06th September; unlimited Wi-Fi in the common areas and in apartments; one parking space per apartment in the internal, unattended, covered car park.

• Key delivery from 17:00 on the day of arrival.
• Check out by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

In the case of bookings longer than a week, the allocation of the same flat for the entire duration of the stay is not guaranteed.

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID ON SPOT, NOT INCLUDED IN THE DISPLAYED PRICE:

• Compulsory tourist tax: € 1.90 per person per night of stay in June, July and August; € 1.50 in the remaining periods; free for children up to 11 years of age, to be paid upon arrival. The tax is susceptible to possible future changes.
